Challenge mode:
Play the game in story mode and defeat Bowser two times.
Additional challenges:
Eat all the cherries in story mode to complete the Egg Gallery and also unlock Challenges 2, 3, and 4. Get all "Gold" medals in story mode to unlock Challenge 5.
