Custom background using a PSP:
Note: Your PSP must have photos on it. Plug your PSP into the USB ports on the bottom of the system. On the PSP, choose the "USB Connection" option. On the Xbox 360, go to the "Media" slide and choose "Pictures". Then, choose the "Portable" option. Go into the PSP file and the photos file. Any photos on your PSP should appear here. When you find the picture you would like to be your background, press X. If done correctly, the background on every slide should appear to have the picture on it.
Clear hard drive cache:
Turn on the Xbox 360 while holding A to remove old cache files from the hard drive.
Use background from PC:
If you have a Media Center PC, connect it to the Xbox 360. Then, go to the picture files on the computer using the Xbox 360. Any picture can be used as a background by pressing X. Avalanche.
Control Media Center PC applications:
The Xbox 360 media center remote can be use to control Media Center PCs. While someone has an application such as Word, Notepad, or Explorer open, press Up, Down, Left, or Right on the remote. Whatever they are doing will either scroll or move in that direction. Avalanche.
Music in Xbox games:
In backwards compatible games, music can be played. Before playing the game, while still on the Dashboard, go to "Music". Select the music you want to play and put it on shuffle or continuous play. Then, load the Xbox game. Even though the guide cannot be opened, your favorite music still plays. This works best with an iPod. Avalanche.
