To get a huge combo with Gambit, you must first have your super bar at level 3, and of course be playing as Gambit. Then, do Gambits Royal Flush super. If it connects, cancel it after at least the 33rd hit while the super is still going on with a second Royal Flush. Then, when the combo counter reads at least 62, cancel the second Royal Flush while it is still going on with a third Royal Flush. You will have 99+ hits! (Although the combo counter stops at 99.) Note that this will work only if the opponent is standing on the ground. If he/she is slightly in the air, the cards Gambit throws will not hit the opponent as much times.
Kick Him While Hes Down
After winning a round, press START and youll be able to kick or taunt your defeated opponent.
Fill Your Superbar
To get a full superbar put in the EX options code and youll see a menu and on the bottom it says hyper special combo gauge and beside it will say normal and full put it on full and the bar will always go to three levels.
Fight as Akuma (Gouki)
To play as Akuma, highlight Magneto, Juggernaut, Dhalism or Vega at the character selection screen and press Up.
EX Option Menu ¿ Japanese version
To activate the EX Options menu, press Square (2), Right, X, L1 at the main menu.
Fight as Apocalypse
To play as Apocalypse, complete the game at a difficulty of at least five stars. Then select versus mode. At the character selection screen, highlight Akuma (Gouki) and hold Select for five seconds before pushing any punch button.
Random Character Selection
To randomly select a character, highlight the left-most fighter at the character selection screen and hold d-pad Left while selecting them. (Alternately, highlight the right-most fighter and hold d-pad Right.)
Fight as Chun Li (Street Fighter II version)
To play as the classic version of Chun Li, highlight her on the character selection screen. Then hold Select and press any punch button.
Software Reset
To reset the game, push L1 + R1 + Select + Start.
EX Option Menu ¿ American Version
The EX Options menu, allows players adjust the style of play from Arcade to EX. To activate the EX Options, press Triangle (2), Right, Circle, L1 at the main menu.
A Key to Software Localization
Depending upon whether the title was produced for the domestic (Japanese) market or a foreign one, some characters assume different names.

Easy Way to Beat Apocolpyse
The best person to beat Apocolpyse is to Storm and Magneto, Chun-Li and Cyclops. Whenever you begin to fight with Chun-Li and Cyclops super jump and lighting kick his hand then when your power gets up to three preform the team super move. Do the same thing with Storm but do the Double Typhoon until it gets to level three then the team super move
