Bash em on the Turnbuckle
If someone is standing on the outside of the ring apron, press A to grapple and then press C-Down to hit their head on the turnbuckle.

Blood Trick
Enable the REALISM option, then start a new match. Now the fun starts, use Joe Bruiser and punch your opponent repeatedly. After you hit him a few times he will fall down with his face covered in blood. Other methods include hitting them repeatedly with a chair, baseball bat or anything else you can pick up.

Bonus Characters
Start League Challenge, then beat all the wrestling leagues. After you win the title in each organization you will get some secret characters: Diamond Dallas Page, Macho Man Randy Savage, Glacier, Wrath, Joe Bruiser, and Black Widow.

Camera Zoom
When choosing a player, if you move the analog stick you can move the player or zoom the camera in and out.

Carry Your Opponent
You can put an opponent on your shoulders by doing a strong grapple from the back and pressing R. You can also hold your opponent so someone can hit him by doing a strong grapple from the back and pressing L.

Flying Ring Exit
When your opponent is outside the ring, move towards your opponent, then hold Run + Up + A.

Make Your Opponent Fly (Sort Of)
When someone is on the rope getting ready to jump go to him and press A to throw him off and when he is in the air keep on rotating the joystick and the person who got thrown off will be up in the air. This will make it easier for you to hit him.

Note: When a person is in the air he is not up there for long.

Play as Glacier
To access Glacier, beat IU in League Challenge mode.

Play as Macho Man Randy Savage
To access Macho Man Randy Savage, beat NWO in League Challenge mode.

Three With One Blow
Pick Battle Royal and get four human players (no computer players.) Put one man on the top ropes, throw him off and hold down the joystick. Repeat this process with the other two players, then do a strong grapple on one guy and it will slam all three players at the same time.

Three Times Three Count
Pin your opponent. If the announcer starts counting down then release your opponent and pin him again. Repeat this three times to win.

Tag Team Finisher
Get behind one of your opponents in a two-player tag team match. Now press and hold A for a strong grapple, then press L to pick up your opponent. Have the other player get on the turnbuckle and he will automatically jump off and do a clothesline and knock your opponent off your shoulders and onto the mat.

Special Moves
To do a special move, get your spirit meter to flash special as described in the directions. The when going for the grapple, hold down A to make your guy move his arms before going for the grapple. This is called a strong grapple. After this, tap the thumbstick.

Note: This is explained horribly in the directions.

Somersault Role
To do a "role" to dodge your opponent, start running then tap R anytime. You should she your guy do a roll.

Running Flip
Throw your oponent to the ropes. When he bounces back, instead of pressing the B button to clothesline your opponent, press the A button to flip him over or pick him up.

Rope Splash
With most cruiserweights you can splash on an opponent outside the ring. When an opponent is out of the ring press A and the direction youre facing and your charachter will slingshot himself onto your opponent.

Regain Spirit Easily
To regain spirit without attacking anybody, rotate the joystick a couple of times. Only do this when your opponent is on the ground or else you will lose it all when he punches you.

Play as Wrath
Choose DOA and play until you meet Wrath. Defeat Wrath and you can select him as a playable character. Be sure to save your game from the option menu.

Throw Your Opponent Into or Out of the Ring
To throw someone in or out of the ring, press Strong Grapple + the direction of your opponent + C-Down.

Play as Joe Bruiser and BlackWidow
When you beat all the different game modes, you will get to an extra menu called Whole World Wrestling. After you beat both Heavyweight and Cruiserweight you face a boss. Defeat that boss and you will be able to pick him as a playable character.

Play as Diamond Dallas Page
Go to League Challenge, choose WCW and play the game until you get to Dallas Page. If you defeat Diamond Dallas you can choose him as a playable character.

Gifts from the Crowd
To pull things out of the croud, get out of the ring and move to the metal fence. Then press C-Up. If your character doesnt pull something out, try again somewhere else.

Cruiserweight Flip
With most cruiserweights you can do this trick. While running off the ropes press A when you hit the ropes and your character will moonsault onto your opponent.

Do Your Opponents Moves
To execute one of your opponents moves, get your opponent in a strong grapple (hold down A) when your Spirit Meter is flashing "SPECIAL", and press A + B simultaneously.

Easy Escape From Pins and Submissions
To escape quickly when you are being pinned or placed in a submission hold, rotate the joystick quickly. This will prevent you from taking damage from submission holds and/or being pinned.

NOTE: If your wrestler has been wasted so badly that he/she can not take anymore, this will not work for submission holds.

Easy Win
While in the ring go to the left sides ropes and strong grapple to throw the other player out of the ring. Once other player is out of the ring make sure he/she is down then run over to the right side of the ring opposite of the CPU player and get in the ring. Stay on the apron or just stay on the right side of the ring and the dumb CPU will just stand there and get counted out every time.

In "career", play the game saves your progress automatically. However, this causes undesirable situations, as when you lose 1500 or more to a Boss like the Hammer. The game offers no way to save the game before playing a new CPU player. If you lose, you are usually out of luck. Use the following trick will to save the game before you play a new CPU player. This allows you to play him or her again without losing your money. Make a new folder in your "virtual pool 3" folder and name it "save backup". Copy the "vpc data" folder and the file "vp save.vpx" into this new folder. Do this just before you play a Boss. Every time you defeat a new CPU player, quit the game and backup the "vpc data" folder and "vp save.vpx" file again, letting Windows overwrite the older files. If you lose to the CPU, just copy the contents of your "save backup" folder back into the main "virtual pool 3" folder, and let Windows overwrite the files. Restart the game and you will be back to where you last saved the game with all your money. To make this quicker, keep your "virtual pool 3" folder open on your Windows Desktop while playing the game.

Hint: Virtuaroid popularity:

There is more to the Virtuaroid popularity list at the start screen besides fame. The more you use a certain Virtuaroid,the more popular it is. And the more popular it is, the better it plays. For example, if you use Apharmd B more then any other Virtuaroid, it will reach the top of the list. And Apharmd B will play better, be stronger, and faster then it usually is.
Hint: Using Ajim:

Ajim, the crystal Virtuaroid, has a few faults and pluses which should be noted. Ajims power is incredible. But his armor is the worst in the game. One hit from Raidens lasers will kill him. Ajim can raise his power and speed. To increase his power, press L

Tag game:

This can only be done in two player mode. Set the round time to 95 seconds and fight but do not try to kill each other. Whoever has the most health left is the winner and the other player will die.
Dogfight:

This can only be done in two player mode. Have each player jump into the air. If a player is knocked down, the other will be the winner. The best level for this to be done is the "Airport." Team up certain VR types like fast, heavy, high jump or close combat.

Underhand Serve
Press DOWN + A + X when serving from the near court and press UP + A + X when serving from the far court to perform an underhand serve. This is easier said than done however since all three buttons have to be pressed at exactly the same time. Try using the D-pad rather than the analog stick to get it to work and keep at if your having trouble, it is possible. To keep from hitting too weak of a shot only tap all three buttons rather than holding them.

Training Bonuses
Big Wall

In the Big Wall exercise, you have to hit the ball into numbered panels on a large wall at center court. This drill emphasizes both shot types as well as precise aiming. Stay a step or two inside of the baseline and use your groundstroke to hit the bottom panels and the lob to knock out the upper ones. You shouldnt have any trouble with this one until level 3, when all of the panels are smaller.

BONUS: Wear No. 22 to those who beat level 3 with 5 seconds remaining.

Bulls Eye

At the Bulls Eye training center your coach will hit 20 balls to you while you work at landing them inside a giant target on the far court. Point values from outer ring to inner are as follows: 50 points, 150 points, 250 points and 500 points. This particular exercise gets easier as you move up in the world rankings. Regardless the level, stay in the rear half of the court and aim for the 250 points ring. By focusing on the bigger target you wont cross your eyes so often and you will occasionally hit the bulls eye. You can rely on the ground stroke to get you through level 1, but switch to the lob shot in the later levels, when the coachs shots are more scattered.

Cannon Ball

Your sadistic Coach watches from the sidelines during this one. Here, 5 serving machines will fire a continuous stream of balls at you. Your job is to hit the machines with the balls to turn them off. The catch: if a red ball hits your body on e of the machines will turn back on. As you move through the levels in this drill, the frequency of red balls increases, their velocity is greater, and the positioning of the machines changes. Stay on the baseline, watch for those red balls, and when you swing, swing hard! Occasionally the ball will bounce and take out two machines at once.

BONUS: Wear No. 24 to those who beat level 3 with 10 seconds remaining.

Drum Shooter

Drum Shooter challenges your ability to precisely control your lob shot. Eight steel drums are set up on the far court (their orientation will change depending on the level) and you must lob balls hit by your coach into each of them. Stay in the middle of the court and lay off the groundstrokes. The later levels not only allow less time, but the drums are moved closer to the net. To hit the closer ones, hold DOWN on the directional pad when you shoot. And definitely, definitely, dont crowd the net!

BONUS: Wear No. 26 to those who beat level 3 with 10 seconds remaining.

Giant Ball
1) 3 balls

3) 6 balls

In each level of Giant Ball, your coach will hit balls to you for 25 seconds. Your job is to use the power of your shot to propel enormous balls beyond the baseline on the far court. Use your devastating groundstroke and try not to let the balls roll up on the net. Also, your first shot is very important. Aim dead center on the ball up front to bounce the rear ones off the court. An awkward shot may land the balls wedged against the wall and the net. That would be bad.

BONUS: Wear No. 28 to those who beat level 3 with 10 seconds remaining.

Pin Crasher

Pin Crasher is one of the most original aspects of this game, is a breeze to beat, and doesnt require a huge explanation. You have 5 "frames" to serve the ball into the pins on the far court. Scoring is done bowling style. Serve it hard into that front pin and watch those puppies topple!

BONUS: Wear No. 27 to those who beat level 3 with a strike in every frame.

Return Ace

Return Ace is set to challenge the control you have over your return. Aim for the front target on the opposite side and swing that stick as hard as you can. Your coach will serve 10 balls over the net. Your job is to wail on them. In level 3, a huge shot will see several targets bounce all over the place, knocking each other around.

BONUS: Wear No. 21 to those who beat level 3 in 2 balls.

Smash Box

Like Return Ace, your coach will hit balls over the net to you, while you attempt to knock the targets around. Here, however, you must knock the targets completely off the court to score. Keep near the net and swing hard. But beware! Aiming a smash is a delicate matter. It is very easy to hold the directional pad for too long, resulting in too hard of an angle. Just tap the D-pad when taking the shot.
